TAG Top 10 Most Wanted Gang Fugitive Arrested in Lubbock
Investigators with the Lubbock Texas Anti-Gang Center (TAG) made an arrest of a 'TAG Top 10 Most Wanted Gang Fugitive' Friday morning.
According to a press release by the Texas Anti-Gang Center, 43-year-old Frank Perez was arrested without incident in the 900 block of 66th Street at 11:15 a.m.
Perez was on the list due to an outstanding felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
