Some Take 5 Oil Change Customers Upset Over Transaction Errors
In August of 2019, the Bolton family sold six of their oil change stations to the corporate company Take 5 Oil Change. The company is now receiving backlash from customers who say they’ve been double-charged or charged for unauthorized purchases.
Take 5 Oil Change has released a statement, saying their third-party credit card processor is to blame and that some customers have been charged twice for one service and others are experiencing a delay between the date of their service and the date their payments were processed.
Take 5 Oil Change says they are working to fix the problem and will reimburse all impacted customers as soon as possible. If you’ve been affected, Take 5 Oil Change says you can contact them directly through the email address: customerservice@take5oilchange.com
