This is the third whale to die at the park in the last six months.According to KXAN the 18 year old whale named "Unna" contracted a strain of fungus called Candida.

Back on November 16th, a two-year-old beluga whale died at the San Antonio park. Only a week before that SeaWorld announced they were phasing out the whale shows at their San Diego Park.

The Florida-based company has seen revenue drop since the 2013 release of the documentary “Blackfish” that examined how orcas respond to captivity.
