Maren Morris turned 29 on Wednesday (Apr. 10), and her husband, fellow country musician Ryan Hurd, wasn't about to let the special day go unnoticed. Hurd posted a sweet tribute to his best girl on social media, detailing everything he loves about his other half.

"Happy Birthday to this bus riding, snow skiing, veep watching, champagne loving, dog snuggling, accidental pop-star country singing bombshell," he wrote, captioning a cute photo of the two of them enjoying a laughter-filled moment. "You make me smile every day. Love you, MM! Can’t wait to smother you in a few days."

Morris and Hurd tied the knot just a little over a year ago (March 24, 2018), with both sending each other social media love celebrating their relationship on that day, as well.

Morris is currently on tour, hitting Atlanta on Thursday (Apr. 11) and Ft. Lauderdale's Tortuga Music Festival on the 13th. She will then have some days off to be smothered by her husband before picking back up and hitting Houston (followed by several other Texas dates) on Apr. 18. Joining her out on the road are support acts Cassadee Pope and RaeLynn.

Morris is having a particularly busy birthday month, having just released her album Girl in March. She appeared at the 2019 Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday (Apr. 7), performing "All My Favorite People" with Brothers Osborne.
