The Powerful Message of St. Jude’s ‘ABCs of Cancer’ Read by the Children of Oak Ridge Elementary
The boys and girls of Lubbock's Oak Ridge Elementary did a tremendous job sharing the ABCs of Cancer as written by the children of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
You can hear a complete reading of the ABCs of Cancer, as written by the children at St. Jude Children's Hospital and read by the students of Oak Ridge Elementary, in the video above.
When you hear the stories of the children told by children, it's an emotionally powerful journey of remarkable courage and hope. These are tremendous and powerful true stories of hope and inspiration that really express the incredible journey at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as seen through the eyes of a child.
Throughout the week, we will be sharing these readings with you on the air at Lonestar 99.5 FM as we prepare for our St. Jude radiothon, happening Thursday and Friday, February 2nd and 3rd.
A great big thank you for their excellent work and to the parents and teachers who supported this remarkable accomplishment.
