Popular Casa Ole Item Back In One Lubbock Area Restaurant

Back in September 2022, we found out Case Ole wasn't coming back. They removed all the signs and so had the decorative brick pattern on the stucco walls. The metal mariachi men left us a long time ago.

An existing Lubbock restaurant is opened up in that spot. Sabroso's Mexican Restaurant and the Alibi Bar has now been open and people have been enjoying it.

I know there are a lot of things people miss at Casa Ole so hopefully, this item coming back will bring some joy and memories back to Lubbock.

Well if you missed the green sauce that Casa Ole was known for I have some really good news for you, you can now get it at one Lubbock area restaurant.

People are excited to find out if you go to Chilito's Peper Cafe out in Wolfforth they now serve the green sauce and people are calling it "perfection."

"Had it the other day, it was fantastic," said Steve Ramos.

"Had it today it was perfect! " said Amberlita Harkey.

I had it the other day and it was Delicious," said Lacie Odom Walton.

Now I didn't grow up in Lubbock so I haven't had it but I will be going out there to try it because if it tastes as good as it looks I am sold. Plus I already loved Chilito's, they have GREAT food and service.
