A new record-breaking vacation opportunity has now set sail in Texas.

Royal Caribbean is a global cruise holding company. It is the world's second-largest cruise line operator, after Carnival Corporation & plc. They have now opened a new ship to port out of Galveston that you don't want to miss.

The new ship is called the Allure of the Seas and it is one of the 22 ships currently in service, the first Oasis Class ship to set sail from Texas. This ship is towering at 213 feet and at 1,187 feet long, the 6,000-plus passenger luxury liner boasts 2,700 staterooms, more than 30 dining and drinking outposts, and a whopping 16 decks to take in sweeping ocean views from.

It took its inaugural voyage on Nov. 13th. 2022. It was a seven-night Western Caribbean cruise destination. It is docking at Royal's new $125 Million terminal. With the introduction of the Oasis Class, it's estimated the new terminal will welcome as many as 630,000 vacationers each year.

I have been on two cruise ships before. Both with Royal Caribbean. One out of Miami and one out of Galveston. The Maimi one was so much better because it was bigger with more things to do, eat and see. This new ship will change the game.

It is technically now a new ship but it's been completely updated and renovated and it's the biggest ship to ever set sail off the Texas coast. You can see below the promo video for the new ship.

On this ship you can enjoy thrills, 30-plus restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment. It has an open-air Central Park with thousands of real plants and the Boardwalk area where they have things for play and the one-of-a-kind AquaTheater. This venue offers high divers, acrobats, aerialists and more. Not enough for you yet? The new ship has a nine-story-high zip line and two FlowRider surf simulators to rock climbing, ice skating, and original productions that span four stages—air, ice, water and theater.

They will even have more stuff to do for the whole family. Take a look.

Curious about the food? The new ship has a big selection. You can enjoy places like family-style Italian classics at Giovanni's Table, American steakhouse favorites at Chops Grille, fresh sushi and sizzling hibachi at Izum and more.

If you want to take this ship for your next vacation it will include seven-night Western Caribbean cruises from Galveston, Texas and go to places like Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico; and Roatan, Honduras, for the winter 2022-2023 season.

If you are worried about COVID, all guests aged 2 and above, regardless of vaccination status, must present a negative test result for a COVID-19 PCR test taken within 2 days before boarding, with no acceptions.

You can find out more about the cruise on their website.
