Out of the 583 suburbs we analyzed for this study, Levelland ranked 6th for affordability. Compared to homeowners in Lubbock, Levelland residents save an average of $352 per month on housing costs. Levelland is so affordable for first-time homebuyers that 57% of its homeowners are under the age of 45. The average home value in Levelland is $111,900.

Levelland also came in 10th place in American for livability rank.
