Mechanically Separated Chicken Looks Like Ice Cream [VIDEO]

It looks like soft serve ice cream, or maybe some sort of snake.  Unfortunately it's something that is much more familiar to you and you just don't know it yet.  This is what is called mechanically separated chicken.  This is what some of the chicken nuggets and patties come from prior to the cutting, shaping, and cooking of this "meat."  It gets worse because when you watch the video, you will realize that the only item of the chicken that is NOT used is the feathers.  The rest you will have to find out on your own.  Bon Appetit!
