A Lubbock man was indicted on Tuesday, August 2nd after he was accused of breaking into a woman's home, assaulting her, taking off his clothes and falling asleep in her bed.

KAMC News reports that back on May 13th, Lubbock Police arrived at a home Lubbock home to find 35-year-old Henrry Padilla without a shirt or pants asleep in a bed with an open beer bottle close by.

The home belonged to the unnamed victim, who said that Padilla had entered without her consent and assaulted her. The victim's relation to Padilla was not specified in news reports.

One officer attempted to wake Padilla up multiple times as the victim was being questioned. At some point, Padilla allegedly tried to bite the officer that was trying to wake him up.

Padilla remains in the Lubbock County Detention Center for Burglary of a Habitation and Sexual Assault. His bond was set at $15,000.
