UMC Connect is a full Technogym faculty, it is an Italian brand. They are actually the largest install in the world.

All of the trainers at UMC Connect have a degree in some kind of exercise science or kinesiology field. All the programs they have are evidence-based and clinically driven.

When you sign up to become a member you go through an assessment with one of their trainers to find out your strengths, range of motion, and goals and make sure you are on the right track for your health journey.

After the assessment, you will get a wristband and it connects with all the machines for your workouts to not only keep track of all the different things you do that day but also help you know what to do.

When you tap in it will change the workload to your goals. Showing you exactly what you need to do and putting the machine to your presets for the chair height and things like that. It also knows your max strength and range of motion.

They even have gameafied options where you for example have to put a ball in a certain thing while you are lifting. The wristband also connects to all your streaming accounts so no matter what machine you use it will just connect and you don't have to sign in every time.

They have different sections of the gym like Pure Strength, Cardio Floor and three group exercise rooms.

On the cardio floor, you can just run normally, watch a show or go through a run on whatever town you want so the screen makes it feel like you are somewhere new.

If you are training for a race you can run the race through the UMC Connect app and it will track everything so when you are inside on a machine it can simulate like you are on the track.

Along with the weights and machines they have three group exercise rooms. They are all lead by instructors but if there isn't a class going on when you want to use it you can still use the room and do it virtually.

The first room is Mind and Body. This is where you will do yoga, pilates, mats, Zomba, Warrior Builder and more.

After your workout, it will send you all your stats and everything you did like weights, actual machines, and set counts.

There are also add-ons you can get at the gym like private training, semi-private training, small group training and recovery suites.

There are two recovery suites, one has massage guns, Hyperice Hypersphere, and Vyper Vibrating Rollers. In the second one they have full body Normatec. If you don't want to have the membership for the recovery suite you can just by a package or session.

They also have a full-time nutritionist on staff to help you along with medical fitness programs.

Medical Fitness programs currently included:

  1. Diabetes
  2. Hypertension
  3. Cancer
  4. Prenatal
  5. Postnatal
