Frios Gourmet Pops in South Lubbock Closes

Lubbock's Frios Gourmet Pops' south location has closed its doors at 10305 Quaker Avenue after a little more than two years.

This was their initial Lubbock location, and we're sad to see them close up.

We were there to cover the opening in Fall 2017. Their second Lubbock store will still be serving delicious ice pops in unique flavors at 19th and Quaker.

We can also look forward to a Frios food truck that will be rolling out to serve Lubbock soon, according to the note on the door at their old Quaker store!
