Lubbock's 7th annual Kid's Fish is free and is happening this Saturday, June 25th at Maxey Park, 2401 Quaker Avenue in Lubbock according to Lubbock in the Loop. 

Always a fun event, it's great to see it is all set to happen once again this year. COVID-19 precautionary measures are in place and it's important to pre-register.

The event kicks off bright and early when the fish are sure to be biting, at 7am and rolls through until 1 pm. It is sponsored by Cabela's and the Lion's Club.

A great big morning of fun for the family, this event gives everyone the opportunity to go fishing, with no fishing license necessary!

Plus they are bringing out free food for everyone who registers! So make plans for this annual outing that promises to be just the breath of fresh air and fun we all could use about now.

Free food will be provided with registration. The lake will be stocked with channel catfish ready for your family.
