Original story: A Lubbock teen has been missing since January 3rd, 2021 at 10:30 a.m.

Her name is Carah (pronounced with a hard K) Clair and she is 14 years old and very petite. This is Carah's description as provided by her mother, Stevi:

This is my daughter Carah. She is 14 years old, and is missing. 5ft tall, about 108 pounds. She was last seen today, January 3, at about 1030 this morning. She left by herself, to the best of my knowledge. At the time she had jeans, a tan hoodie with a small T-rex looking emblem on the front, and black vans shoes with flames on the side. She was carrying a soft cloth backpack. Please keep an eye out for her. I have contacted the police, and as many of her friends as I can. She did not have a phone when she left, but she did have cash. Please share this post.
Call Lubbock Police Department if you see her, or contact me here on Facebook.
As a mother myself, I cannot imagine the horror that Carah's mother is enduring right now. If you know anything about Carah's whereabouts, or if you have seen her since January 3rd at 10:30 a.m., please contact the Lubbock Police at 806-775-2865.
If you are uncomfortable speaking to police for whatever reason (although your tip to them can be anonymous), you can email me and I will pass any information on to her mother. My email is renee.benton@townsquaremedia.com.
Here are additional pictures of Carah and a photo of the hoodie she was wearing.
