A Lubbock man was sentenced Thursday (March 22) to 20 years in federal prison on a child pornography conviction.
Twenty-year-old Eugene Joseph Martinez (pictured above) was charged with one count of transportation of a visual depiction of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
Court records say between June and September 2016, Martinez used electronic devices to send photos and videos of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Martinez has been in custody since his arrest in November 2017.
