Lubbock Man Indicted for Sexual Abuse of Young Girl

A Lubbock man was indicted on Tuesday, January 21st, 2020 for aggravated sexual assault of a child.

KAMC News reports that police were called to a residence in the 6500 block of 122nd Street back in October of 2019. Officers were told about 45-year-old Donald Edgar Clark allegedly touching an underage girl inappropriately.

Clark was arrested at the location on an unrelated misdemeanor warrant.

Court records say that the girl had been the subject of inappropriate touching since she was 11 years old.

Clark was arrested on the charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child on January 13th, and remains in jail with a $100,000 bond.
