A Lubbock man was arrested Tuesday, Feb. 4th, 2020, for driving while intoxicated with a child in his car.
KAMC News reports that a witness called police saying they saw a truck driving recklessly, running red lights and at one point staying parked at an intersection for three green-light cycles.
An officer located the truck, driven by 26-year-old Michael Doshier, who claimed he had two Smirnoffs.
But when asked what time he thought it was, he said 4 p.m. in the afternoon. The traffic stop happened just after 8:30 p.m.
Doshier was arrested at the scene and taken to the Lubbock County Detention Center. The girl in the truck was placed with another family member.
