Littlefield man Indicted for 2021 and 2022 Child Porn Production

A Littlefield man who was arrested last year has been indicted. 29-year-old Nathan Garcia, of Littlefield, was arrested back in October of 2022 after it was discovered that he was in possession of child pornography.

KAMC news reported that between December 2021 to April of 2022 is when Garcia produced child pornography with a female minor. Investigators in the case did report that they discovered an image of a prepubescent minor and a minor under the age of 12 on an Apple iPad belonging to Garcia.

On Wednesday, January 11, Garcia was indicted by a grand jury on four charges involving a minor; Possession of Child Pornography Involving a Prepubescent Minor, Production of Child Pornography, Enticement and Attempted Enticement of a Minor, and Receipt of Child Pornography.

All four charges range between misdemeanors and felonies in the state of Texas. If Garcia is convicted of those charges he could spend a minimum of 29 to 70 years in prison. As per the publishing of this article, Garcia currently remains in custody at the Lamb County Jail.
