Texas Tech Head Coach Kliff Kingsbury is getting a little annoyed with all the Alan Bowman injury questions.

After an uncomfortable exchange earlier this week with veteran Lubbock sports writer Don Williams about Alan Bowman re-injuring himself during the Oklahoma game, Kingsbury issued a sardonic response to a question about whether or not he visited the QB in the hospital.

Reporter: "Have you communicated with Alan at all since Sunday, have you gone to visit him, talk with him?"

Kingsbury: "No, just...we just use him when he's on the field, and then if he's in the hospital, he's on his own."

Ouch.

Kingsbury then explained that of course he's visited with Bowman and spoken to him since he was injured. The coach also shared that some teammates, Texas Tech Athletics Director Kirby Hocutt and even university President Lawrence Schovanec have also visited Bowman in the hospital.

Bowman could be out of the hospital by Wednesday, Kingsbury said.
