Jimmie Allen is going to be a father again! The "Best Shot" singer has announced that he is expecting a baby girl with his fiancee, Alexis Gale.

CMT reports that Allen shared the news during an interview on country radio on Monday morning (Nov. 11). The singer also shared a video to social media, showing himself and Gale in a sweet gender reveal with family and friends. The couple pop a black balloon, which sends pink dust flying everywhere to reveal the sex of their baby.

The video ends with a sonogram photo and the caption, "We are having a girl."

Allen and Gale began dating in the spring after meeting through the wife of Allen's cousin, and he proposed to her at Disney World in Florida in June. The romantic proposal took place in front of Cinderella's castle at the Magic Kingdom in front of both of their parents, their sisters and his cousin.

Jimmie Allen's Matchbox Twenty Cover Is KILLER!

Both of them originally hail from Milton, Dela., and Allen tells People that he and Gale had "an immediate connection" that only got stronger when he introduced her to his 5-year-old son, Aadyn, from a previous relationship.

“Her smile melts me, her pure heart challenges me to love better, the way she motivates and supports me is unlike anything I’ve ever seen, the way she loves me and my son is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced," Allen says. "It feels incredible to find the type of love I’ve been writing songs about all these years!"

The couple have not yet publicly shared their wedding plans.

Allen shot to fame when he reached No. 1 with his debut single, "Best Shot," in 2018. His follow-up single is "Make Me Want To." Both songs appear on Allen's debut album, Mercury Lane.
