Jason Aldean Sets Up Three-Night Show, ‘Ride All Night Vegas’ at Park Theater
Jason Aldean is heading back to Las Vegas. The hitmaker announced on Monday (Aug. 19) that he's capping off 2019 with a three-night stay in Sin City at the Park Theater at Park MGM in December.
Titled Jason Aldean: Ride All Night Vegas, the singer is set to bring a myriad of his biggest hits, alongside cuts from his most recent album, Rearview Town, when he performs at the venue Dec. 6-8.
“I’ve wanted to bring our show back to Vegas for a while now, and the timing feels right,” Aldean says in a press release. “We’re going to pack up the show, set it up for a couple days and hang out with our Vegas family. I’m looking forward to being back."
Many of Aldean's country music peers have set up shop in Las Vegas, with George Strait, Shania Twain, Lady Antebellum and Florida Georgia Line among those who have established residencies over the years, while Reba McEntire and Brooks & Dunn's Together in Vegas has been a staple since it launched in 2015. Aldean shared in a 2018 interview with the Las Vegas Review-Journal that he would be interested in having his own residency.
“The timing for something like that has to be right,” he explained at the time. "It’s definitely something I’d be into at some point. I’ve had friends who have come out here and done that. I think if the opportunity presents itself, it would be cool.”
The superstar has a distinct connection to the city, as he was performing on stage when the tragic mass shooting occurred during Route 91 Harvest Festival in October 2017. The singer has since visited with several survivors, inviting a group of them to watch his rehearsal performance before the 2018 ACM Awards in Vegas.
He was awarded the coveted Artist of the Decade award during the 2019 ACM Awards.
