Collagen can be found in or derived from most animal products. But in order for the magic to occur you must take vitamin C. Vitamin C is crucial for collagen synthesis. There are many foods chock full of natural vitamin C, like citrus fruits, broccoli, strawberries, and many others.

Most folks use collagen powder and add it to their favorite beverage first thing in the morning.  You can buy both flavored and unflavored powder.  My favorite is lemon lime in a bottle of water each morning.  We all need lots of water and this is a great way to get both.
