This Missing Girl From Texas Disappeared 3 Years Ago
On Tuesday the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children released new image of a Texas girl that went missing three years ago.
Lina Sardar Khil from San Antonio disappeared on December 20, 2021. She was just three years old and was last seen at a playground in the 9400 block of Fredericksburg Road. Today, the NCMEC released their very first age progression image of what the little girl may look like now at the age of 6.
According to KSAT there were numerous searches and rewards issued, but she has never been found. There is still a reward up to $55,000 for information resulting in the arrest or indictment of a suspect.
When releasing the age progression picture, the director of communications at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children called the case "heartbreaking" according to KXAN.
“It’s heartbreaking to look at Lina, now at six years old. For her family, seeing Lina’s sweet face at this age is especially tough, but it also gives them new hope,” said Angeline Hartmann, director of communications at NCMEC. “We’ve seen countless times how our age progression images can be a driving force in the search for a missing child We’re now asking everyone to take a moment out of their day to take a close look at Lina’s image and share it with others. You never know who might have information that can help bring her home.”
Below are images of Lina Sardar Khil. If you have any information about her, please contact the FBI, law enforcement, or NCMEC at 1-800-843-5678.
