These Texas Restaurants Are Among The Most Romantic Restaurants in America
With Valentine's Day around the corner, there are many who want to plan the perfect date and with that, dine at a romantic restaurant. Fortunately, the folks at Open Table have compiled a list of 100 romantic restaurants across the United States.
Many of these restaurants are known for their fantastic food and desserts, but also the decor, lighting, and mood. A lot goes into making a restaurant romantic, whether it is for Valentine's Day or any other day of the year.
The most surprising thing about the list of 100 most romantic restaurants in the U.S. is how few from Texas made the list. California had 11 restaurants make the list while Ohio had 9. Texas only had 4 restaurants make the list, but they are some good ones.
The Most Romantic Restaurants in Texas According to Open Table
Two restaurants in Dallas made the most romantic list.
Perry's Steakhouse & Grill which actually has a few locations in Texas is one of my favorites. It's known for its great menu selection, including the pork chop which I think is famous around the world.
The other Dallas restaurant that made the list is Dakota's Steakhouse. At Dakota's every steak is aged for at least 28 days. That makes the steaks juicy and tender.
One restaurant in San Antonio made the list. Bohanan's Prime Steaks and Seafood. They are known for their quality cuts of steak, amazing wine selection, and historic location in Downtown San Antonio about a mile from the River Walk.
Finally, located in Austin, Truluck's Ocean's Finest Seafood & Crab made the list. Truluck's has been around since 1992 offering fresh seafood and prime steaks. They are known for having high quality seafood.
Personally, I feel as though there are many more romantic restaurants throughout Texas that obviously did not make the list.
