Lubbock is home to many great restaurants, including a variety of delicious pizza options. From Papa V, West Side, Marco's, One Guy, and more, there are many options to choose from.

While the classic dinning in, to-go, or delivery options are great, there is one pizza experience we are missing out on. A pizza vending machine.

Many of us are familiar with all of the unique vending machines all around Japan, and while they probably also have some sort of pizza vending machine, the one I'm taking inspiration from is located in France.

The machine has a variety of pizza options that you can buy hot or cold. If you choose the cold option, you simply take it home and bake it when you are ready to eat. If you want to eat right then and there, you can get it hot. This option simply takes a few minutes longer because it will heat up your pizza in the machine before dispensing it.

I assume the pizzas come from a local pizzeria and are freshly stocked each day, and I think this could be a great option for some Lubbock shops.

The people of Lubbock are all about convenience, so being able to walk or drive right up to a vending machine, select what you want on a screen, and get it right away, seems like a fun option. If anything, the novelty of it would have customers coming back for that one-of-a-kind experience.
