Living in West Texas it's a given that you know the most abundant rodent around are the prairie dogs. These critters are everywhere and almost seem to annoy the heck out of farmland owners and city folks alike with their silly antics but could they be leaving their burrows and getting jobs? Well there are some very obvious signs that your co-worker could be a prairie dog.

First sign you co-worker is a prairie dog is their constant yipping. They just won't stop talking to the point that all you hear is an annoying white noise. Second sign your co-worker is a prairie dog is they are constantly chewing or eating something. That also means chewing on pens, pencils, or that leftover lettuce you threw off your hamburger and into prairie dog town. The third sign your co-worker is a prairie dog is that they are constantly watching you or keeping an eye on everything you do. Just let us work in peace! The fourth sign your co-worker is a prairie dog is that they are always in your personal space. They don't understand boundaries and will just do what they please and touch all your things. The fifth sign your co-worker is a prairie dog is when they say something smart and act like they're trying to post up but then just become a coward. Say it with your chest, but professionally. If you have checked off all five of these habits your co-worker has then it is without a doubt confirmation you are working with a prairie dog. Do not worry because prairie dogs eventually move on to other territory soon so they won't be there long. You might have to watch out for another critter that might take over their burrow though.
