It's National Women's Health & Fitness Day the last Wednesday in September,  according to the National Day's Calendar.

Get out and get active and celebrate! This is one of the biggest days to focus on women's health nationally.

Old or young, it's time to think about fitness! There will be gatherings all over the country. Look for ways to get involved at senior centers, hospitals, health clubs, schools and more!
