In-N-Out Burger Sells Lubbock Land, Further Delaying Possibility of Local Location
Bad news, burger lovers.
According to a Lubbock news station, In-N-Out has sold their land, located at the West End Shopping Center (2912 W Loop 289), to Pagosa J Ltd.
The company told the outlet that they are "still in the very early stages of our development plans for the West Texas region," leaving a little bit of hope for an In-N-Out Burger in Lubbock at some point.
Fans of the SoCal-based burger chain have anxiously awaited construction at that spot. But it doesn't seem like an In-N-Out Burger is coming any time soon.
As someone who has eaten at the original In-N-Out location, I must say I really do think Whataburger is better. Texas forever!
