Have The Perfect Hat In Mind? Make Your Own At This Lubbock Hat Bar
Have you seen the amazing hats people have that are designed uniquely for them? With letters, designs, lots of colors and so much more?
A place opened in Lubbock dedicated just to doing that for people. It is called Wild Honey Hats and its grand opening is this weekend.
I got to check them out and we had seriously so much fun. It would be great for girls' night, mother-daughter bonding, a birthday party and so much more.
The owner Brisai Amador started the mobile hat bar when she lived in Plainview. Within the last year, she moved to Lubbock and so did her business.
"As women, we wear many hats and so why not make it a cute one. I really love it. I get to meet different women and men from all walks of life. Their season that they are in, they could be going through a loss and they want to make a hat in remembrance of that person or I recently did one for a family member who was going through cancer and we just go to brighten her day. It is just something I get to do to change someone's life in that moment," said Amador.
Not only does she offer a location but also a mobile custom hat bar where they can come to you for whatever event or gathering you want.
"They can hang it on the wall or wear it and look at it and remember I made that hat and had that experience and it just brings back that moment and memory," said Amador.
When you go in to make the hat, you will see a lot of different options to choose from. Each type of hat is different but it will range from $70 to $125 depending on which hat you choose.
What makes them different is everything is included. So it is a set rate and you can add whatever you want to the hat and it won't cost any extra, just that set price.
Once you find the perfect hat for you, you pick out what you want to add to it. That can be something written or drawn on it, feathers, letters, studs, and so many other things. Here is just a quick look at a small area of things.
The options are endless. Here is a look at a group that came out to do it. No two hats are the same unless you want them to be!
