Happy News! Slim Chickens Is Building Another Lubbock Location

Slim Chickens Restaurant is building another Lubbock location at 78th and University according to Lubbock in the Loop.

If you are a Slim Chickens fan like I am this is great news! This will be their fourth location here. Two of their locations are much further North and the third much further South, this gives them a place just off the South Loop!

I couldn't resist stopping by to check on construction progress, which looks to be moving right along. A quick call to the restaurant revealed that they hope to have it open some time in August!
