Grand Jury in Lubbock Indicts Man for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child
A Lubbock man has been indicted by a grand jury in Lubbock for aggravated sexual assault of a child.
KAMC News reports 36-year-old Cesario Reyes was arrested on March 16th after police say Reyes sexually abused more than one child when the family lived out of state. The abuse reportedly continued when the family moved back.
Police records also accused Reyes of offering gifts in exchange for sexual favors.
Reyes is currently held at the Lubbock County Detention Center on bonds totaling $105,000: $100,000 for the aggravated sexual assault charge and $5,000 for a separate DWI charge.
