Former Spur ISD Coach Arrested for Sexual Assault
A former Spur ISD coach was arrested Thursday morning (May 11) and charged with sexual assault of a child under 17, a second degree felony.
KAMC News reports 43-year-old Charles Fulmer (pictured above) was arrested in Lubbock on a warrant out of Dickens County. Spur ISD has not responded to the arrest as of Thursday afternoon.
Last month, Spur ISD issued a statement concerning an improper conduct between a student and a teacher. Authorities have not stated if the two incidents are connected.
