The former Executive Director at Brownfield Industrial Development Corporation, was indicted by a federal grand jury for receipt and distribution of child pornography.

The Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 43-year-old Brian Brisendine, of Brownfield, on January 18th. That's when authorities found electronic devices containing images and videos of child pornography.

Authorities leaned of Brisendine in October 2021, when the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children contacted Texas DPS. After the arrest, Brisendine admitted to authorities that he has been storing and sending between 5,000 and 10,000 images and videos of child pornography since 2014.

Brisendine was booked into the Terry County Jail but has since bonded out.

If convicted, he faces a minimum of 5 years in prison and a maximum of 20 years.
