A few years ago, two college kids had an idea for a food truck: fish and chips. Now they are traveling across the country selling their popular food.

On The Hook Fish and Chips Food Truck has already coved 12 states and 16 trucks in its first five years of being in business. The owners were putting in 100 hours a week to make this such a success.

Their home base is actually  Laramie, Wyoming. The company was developed by two young University of Wyoming engineering students in May 2016, On the Hook Fish and Chips has evolved from two students with connections to a multi-truck enterprise serving hundreds of thousands in Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska, Utah, Idaho, South Dakota, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Minnesota, and Montana.

Now if you show up to one of their food trucks coming in town they will have long waits like you see below.

On the Hook specializes in wild cod sourced from the cold clean waters of Alaska. It is then cooked in homemade beer batter and served with its signature sauce to its customers.
