How to Enter the Raider Red Meat BBQ & Ribeye Championship Cook-Off

This year's Raider Red Meat BBQ & Ribeye Championship Cook-Off happens Friday, August 26 and Saturday, August 27.

The 2016 Texas Championship cook-off, which is KCBS-sanctioned, will offer $12,000 in cash and prizes to Lubbock BBQ chefs. The event will also include an SCA-sanctioned Ribeye Championship offerings a $1,000 first prize.
