Couple from Scotland Travels to Lubbock for JAB Fest

This couple is very serious about their Texas country music. Jim and Clare Cross came to Saturday's sold out JAB Fest all the way from Scotland, U.K.

We caught up with the couple at the show and they said they love Texas, Josh Abbott, The Bellamy Brothers...but not our spicy food! They had eaten plenty of barbecue and enjoyed lots of live music during their stay in Texas.

The day after the show, they told me they were headed back to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to two-step at Billy Bob's. Then, it was off to Atlantic City, New Jersey for five days before heading back home to Scotland.

Whew!

We also saw a post on our Facebook page after the show from a couple here from France. It's great to see Texas country music is loved and appreciated across the pond and all around the globe.
