Country Legends Asleep at the Wheel to Hit Lubbock

The iconic country group Asleep at the Wheel will perform live at the Cactus Theater on May 5th at 7:30 p.m.

This legendary group, which formed nearly 50 years ago, has a great following and has released over 20 albums with more than 20 singles on the Billboard Country charts since then. They've also won eight Grammy Awards.

With chart-toppers like "The Letter That Johnny Walker Read," "Miles and Miles of Texas" and "House of Blue Lights" under their belt, this is sure to be a fantastic show.

Asleep at the Wheel has a busy tour schedule and are known for their exciting, energetic, fun-loving performances. They shave stepped up with their great western swing and a tribute to the spirit of legend Bob Wills.
