Due to high demand, comedian Bert Kreischer has booked a second performance of "The Berty Boy Relapse Tour" at Lubbock's Buddy Holly Hall (1300 Mac Davis Lane). Sunday, September 18, Kreischer will have performances at 7:30 and 9:30 p.m. Tickets for the late show go on sale Friday, August 5th at Buddy Holly Hall's website. Tickets for the early show are live but going quickly, with some sections completely sold out.

Kreischer is know for his stand-up specials, his podcast "The Bertcast" and for hosting the Go-Big show. Here's my favorite Bert fun-fact from his wiki:

In 1997, he was featured in an article in Rolling Stone while attending Florida State University. The magazine named Kreischer "the top partyer at the Number One Party School in the country." The article also served as inspiration for the 2002 film National Lampoon's Van Wilder.

Imagine getting your start like that.

Bert Kreischer is absolutely hilarious and your chances of seeing him shirtless are nearly guaranteed. His story of how he became "The Machine" in the Russian mafia had me rolling. It is very NSFW as it has lots of fun dirty words:

This is another great example of why its a good idea to purchase show tickets as soon as you know you want to and can attend a show. If BHH hadn't added a second show time, it may have led to a lot of disappointment from fans.

And a good word of advice from Buddy Holly Hall:

Scalpers and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents by The Buddy Holly Hall. To avoid issues with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets, guests should make their purchase through Etix authorized outlets only.  Contact the Buddy Holly Theater Box Office at boxoffice@buddyhollyhall.com or call (806) 79-BUDDY for more information.
