City of Lubbock Tweets Out Creepy Video About Stormwater
The City of Lubbock wants to educate citizens on stormwater and how to reduce stormwater pollution.
To do this, the City created a website and a video that may creep out those who have a fear of clowns.
Depending on how you think about the video, it's either a nice spoof on the movie "IT," or you are now very creeped out at what could be lurking in the storm drains in Lubbock.
Either way, the message is clear: Don't sweep your leaves into the storm drains. You’ll either be causing pollution, or a creepy clown will get you.
