Chase Rice performed "Eyes on You" on Good Morning America's Strahan and Sara segment on Tuesday, Feb. 26, and the hosts were impressed.

Sara especially was shocked by Rice's impressive resume, which includes his stint on Survivor, college football days, time as a NASCAR pit crew member and, well, his unique metabolism. The hosting duo pulled up a slew of images from the country star's Instagram showing rather unhealthy and large food choices.

"Honestly, I didn't know it was this bad. I need help. I need to get my life together," Rice admitted, laughing at the odd compliment.

On Friday (March 1), Rice will release the deluxe version of his Lambs & Lion album. "I started with an acoustic guitar so I wanted to do something that's a little more going back to my beginning," he tells GMA.

"We've got 'Eyes on You' which is an acoustic version, a song called 'On Tonight' which is an acoustic version that we played over in London I wasn't even gonna play it and they (fans) screamed it and I started playing it, wrong key and everything just to play a second of it and they knew every word. So I did my U.K. version of that," Rice explains, "And then we have a song that's called '25 Wexford St.' its about one night in Dublin, have you ever been to Dublin? Go to Dublin, it's worth it. And then a song 'Love Me Like You Don't.'"

Rice is set to perform overseas at the 2019 Country2Country Festival next week and has shows in the U.K. before he goes back to the States to finish his headlining Eyes on You 2019 Tour.
