
Central Lubbock Shooting Sent One Person to the Hospital
Lubbock Police are investigating a shooting that occurred Wednesday morning (Feb. 28) that sent one person with serious injuries to the hospital.
Police say the shooting happened around 4 a.m. in the 1900 block of 60th Street, and the victim was taken to UMC with serious injuries, but non-life threatening. Police determined that the suspect and victim got into an argument and at some point, the victim was shot and the suspect ran away.
As of Wednesday afternoon, a name for either the suspect or victim has not been released.
