Barn Swallows Take Over Caprock Canyon Headquarters

There were literally hundreds of the birds nesting around the entrance of the Caprock Canyon State Park.

It was pretty amazing to see them weaving around and going in and out of their nests. When you looked closely you could see the little beaks sticking out of the holes waiting for their next meal.

It was a nice treat when we visited Caprock, not expecting to see something like this!
