Ashley McBryde Is Performing In Lubbock For A Benefit Concert

Ashley McBryde is an American country music singer and songwriter who is known for songs like One Night Standards, Light On In The Kitchen and Never Wanted To Be That Girl.
She released pair of self-release albums between 2006 and 2011. She has songs with Eric Church, Carly Pearce and more. She has received one Grammy Award, one CMA Award, three Academy of Country Musci Awards and was nominated for a Daytime Emmy.
Ashley McBryde will be coming to Lubbock for a concert on Saturday, May 13th, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. with Corey Kent. This is a benefit concert for The Lubbock-Cooper Education Foundation.
This foundation "is a partnership of public education advocates seeking to invest in the youth of the Lubbock-Cooper community, provide necessary resources to maintain a high quality learning atmosphere for Lubbock-Cooper students, spread awareness of the accomplishments of teachers and students within Lubbock-Cooper schools, encourage educators and students to perform at their highest potential, and provide ample opportunities for success for students of all walks of life," according to their website.
Since the foundation was started they have raised more than $1 million in grants and scholarships for the school district.
Tables are now available for purchase. All the money raised will go back to the students and staff of Lubbock-Cooper ISD.
