A Huge Turnout for Lubbock’s First Costa Vida Restaurant, Now Open

It was a huge turnout on Tuesday for our first Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill at 4410 114th Street and Quaker Avenue, as they celebrate their grand opening.

This well known popular spot, with many locations across Texas and the U.S., just opened their first Lubbock location Monday, and the scene there when I stopped by on Tuesday was incredible (see our photo gallery below).

People were lined up for this, and the restaurant was stunning with color and vibrant digital screens.

The fresh and flavorful menu includes everything from enchiladas to burritos, nachos and more, built to order with wonderful seasonal infusions like Mango Chicken Salad, according to their Facebook page and website.
