31 People Arrested in Lubbock the Week Leading up to the New Year

It is officially 2023 which means only one thing, new year new me. There are tons of resolutions that people set for themselves at the start of a new year whether it's finding love, traveling more, or even making more money. We can look forward to some new things this year like something called 'rud' which I have never heard of, the need for a pickle shop to open up in Lubbock (call it the Bubble Bass Cafe), and some new trends.

There were not that many people arrested over the week leading up to the New Year which is a great thing because that means the city is just that much safer. Please Lubbock lets try to be safer this year, just think of the children and the possums of the Hub City. While I can beg and plead for a safer year I can also just let you scroll down to see who was arrested and held in the Lubbock County Detention the last week of 2022 and the first couple of days of 2023.

These 31 mugshots are of people who were arrested during the week of December 27, 2022 through January 2, 2023 and held in the Lubbock County Detention Center. Everyone featured is innocent until proven guilty and have only been charged with at least one felony, be it State Jail Felony, Third Degree Felony, Second Degree Felony, First Degree Felony, a Capital Felony or were arrested and held on a Fugitive Warrant or Detainer, a United States Marshall Remand, or Immigration Customs Enforcement Detainer.
