Woman Stabbed in Eye After Taking Last Piece Of BBQ Rib

According to Star Press in Muncie, Indiana Sabrina Davis stabbed the 45-year-old guest, but only after she was attacked with a knife.

The Police report said the incident happened at a family barbeque.  The guest was accused by he host's daughter of "taking all the food" and the last rib out of the kitchen.

An argument ensued at Davis took the fork she was using to get meat from the tray and stabbed the victim who ended up with two lacerations on her eyelid and her eye was swollen and bloodshot.

According to the report, Davis said she was acting in self-defense because the woman was brandishing a knife. Davis was arrested and held with a $5,000.00 bond.

Ironically this was not the only incident involving food and fighting this week.  In Wisconsin a man with the last name "Bacon" was arrested for assaulting a roommate for taking the last piece of sausage from the refrigerator.

The report says 19-year-old Thomas Bacon was arrested for simple assault for the fracas that went on at 3:30 in the morning.
