Big changes have hit the Lubbock airport and it is all about food and drinks.

I fly out of the Lubbock airport every once in and while, most of the time there is something different but this time there are some big chances.

All the food at the airport has changed, yes even the bagel place we have known for more than a decade.

Every since I was in college and have been flying out of the Lubbock airport the only thing I normally would get was the bagel because it was fast and delicious. I was shocked to find that is now gone.

The sit-down restaurant is still the same but everything has changed.

When you go through security there is now a new spot to stop and get drinks at. Then if you walk down to where all the stuff is at, all the spots have changed for the fast pick-up food.

Where the bagel place used to be is now called Hub City Deli, it has breakfast sandwiches, pastries, subs, tostinos and beverages.

Hub City Grille took over where Burger King was. They have breakfast burritos, handhelds, entrees and beverages.

And what I think everyone will love the most: you can now have alcohol to go and bring your drinks to your gate like the other airports!

They are still offering the LBB life quick market as well.

I did not get to try the food because I didn't have time but it is expensive like most airport food.
