The photos being presented as evidence in Taylor Swift's lawsuit against a DJ who allegedly groped her at a meet and greet have been sealed, but her deposition has been released.

In September of 2015, former country radio DJ David Mueller filed a lawsuit that claims that he lost his job and prospective business opportunities because of allegations that he groped Swift during a 2013 meet and greet; in October of 2015, Swift filed a countersuit. After Swift filed a motion to restrict public access to some of the documents involved in the suit, a judge ruled on Friday (Oct. 21) that the pictures would be sealed; however, the star's deposition is now available to the public.

According to Billboard, Swift was asked during her July 26 deposition to recount the incident, which occurred in 2013, a number of times.

"Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my a-- cheek, and no matter how much I scooted over, it was still there," Swift remembers. "It was completely intentional; I've never been so sure of anything in my life."

Swift continues in her deposition to discuss how she felt "frantic, distressed ... [and] violated in a way I had never experienced before."

"A meet and greet is supposed to be a situation where you’re thanking people for coming, you’re supposed to be welcoming people into your home, which is the arena for that day," she says, "and for someone to violate that hospitality in that way, I was completely stunned.”
