That man is Todd Patkin, the author of a new book "Finding Happiness: One Man's Quest to Beat Depression and Anxiety and --Finally--Let the Sunshine in",published by StepWise Press. Patkin says summertime is the best time to reflect on how happy we are with our lives. It's during those months you spend more time relaxing. Plus, he adds, "...you'll have more time and, hopefully, energy to devote to making meaningful lifestyle changes".
