One Of Lubbock's Favorite Sandwich Shops Sets Grand Opening

One of my favorite sandwich places is finally expanding in Lubbock and it has been something I have been waiting for.

Jersey Mike's Subs has only one location in Lubbock but that is now finally changing. This chain actually was created back in 1956.

Fast forward to today, the CEO Peter Cancro is CEO is overseeing more than 2,000 locations open and under development. Jersey Mike's is known to offer "a sub above – one that’s measured in more than inches or seconds ‘til served."

They say their produce is grown, packed and shipped locally (where available), and then handled with the utmost care at our stores. When you eat one of our subs Mike’s Way, you can be certain that your veggies were prepped by hand earlier that day for the highest level of freshness and flavor.

My favorite part about their sandwich shop? Getting it Mike's way. Their Red wine vinegar and an olive oil blend are the best.

Jersey Mike's is currently located at 6319 82nd St Suite #300, Lubbock, TX 79424. Their second location is coming soon to 11417 Slide Road, Lubbock, TX. Which is right by the new Johnny Fab's Cadillixan Grill at 114th and Slide.

Jersey Mike’s Subs new location will have its grand opening on Jan. 10th, 2024.

A grand opening and fundraiser will be held from Wednesday, Jan.10th to Sunday, Jan. 14th to support the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention of West Texas (AFSP).

Customers who receive a special fundraising coupon distributed through a grassroots effort prior to the opening, can make a minimum $3 contribution to AFSP West Texas in exchange for a regular sub. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible and you can get them instore.
